Small Business, Big Dreams...

This year has been an extremely emotional and wild ride in the best way possible. I would have never thought that I would be in my current position, booking multiple events and weddings for current and future years, and growing my dream business.  I have never been happier knowing that I am literally making my dreams come true while doing the same for others. What once was a burnt out, stressed, anxious, and often times depressed woman a year ago, thinking that leaving my great paying job for better mental health may have been a mistake because I was struggling, has become a confident, thriving wife and mother of three.  I would cry for days thinking I would never find another job where someone would know my worth and pay me what I know I deserve. I was given a chance by a doctor I met while working at Virtua, who saw more than a medical assistant at the time and I went on to manage his private practice for almost 10 years.  Over that time, I realized my value and worth.  My parents instilled an incredible work ethic in me that I may have not liked as a younger adult but respect and admire now as a wife and parent.  I am someone who will work multiple jobs if I need to, and I still do! lol  I work my weekday job currently, while spending the rest of my free time perfecting my coordination business. I know it will be a lot of work, but I also know I can do it and it will be worth it.  I have the most supportive family, who have sacrificed their free time to help with JPC, whether it be watching the kids, building decor, or organizing all of my inventory.  I truly could not be more thankful for them-(Mom, Dad, Kelsey, Kenny and Chris)

While it seems my days are amazing, I still have my fair share of struggles, but it is wayyyy less than it used to be. Reminding myself daily that I have what it takes to continue bringing my business to the next level, is what keeps me going.  I cannot wait to see what is next as JPC is booking up in 2025 AND 2026, and I look forward to continuing to share my journey with everyone.
